dspblok a9248 / a9238 High Speed Two Channel I/O Modules
The dspblok a9248 I/O Module is a two-channel ADC based on the 14 bit AD9248-65 from Analog Devices. It has up to a 65M/s Sample Rate.
The dspblok a9238 is a similar board running at 12 bits with a 40M/s Sample Rate.
Both the dspblok a9248 and a928 are designed to work with our dspblok 21369zx or 21369+fpga DSP Modules.
Other features include:
- Dual 50 Ohm Inputs (SMA Connectors)
- SPI Expansion Interface
- Simultaneous Sampling of Both Channels
- On-Board Programmable Clock and External Clock Input
- Fast Sample and Hold Suitable for Undersampling Applications
- Size is 60mm x 100mm x 15mm
The internal clock comes from Texas Instruments' CDCE706 programmable clock. The frequency can be changed via a software control using the DSP's 12C interface.
This module is particularly suited for I/Q applications. In dual channel mode, each channel is sampled simultaneously with the same clock.
