Danville's dspFlash™ SHARC & Blackfin Programmer is a production programmer that allows you to write to the flash memory on your Blackfin or SHARC embedded board.  Thousands of DSP - flash combinations are supported. All you need is a standard ADI JTAG connector on your target.

The dspFlash Programmer is fast. It uses proprietary JTAG commands that allows the DSP to program its own flash. The dspFlash Windows application is production operator friendly. All you need is a Windows 2000, XP or Vista PC.

Danville Signal's dspblok family expands to create small embedded systems

The dspblok started out as a DSP function module that was only 60mm x 60mm. This small size has been very popular with many of our audio, military and industrial customers.

We now have dspblok power supplies, data converter and digital i/o modules that complement our dspblok DSP & DSP+FPGA modules. The dspblok ps-usb module can be bus powered from a USB bus. The dspblok ps-uart has support for RS-232, RS-485 & RS-422.

The dspstak 21369 family combines the power of the Analog Devices’ ADSP-21369 SHARC DSP with a supporting cast of SDRAM, Flash, EEProm, Programmable Clocks, USB and RS-232. Add a dspstak I/O module and the dspstak is great for small and medium sized production requirements.

Development couldn't be easier, the dspstak 21369 with ICE versions include an Analog Devices' EZ-KIT Lite "style" debugger and is supported by Visual DSP++ 5.0.

Tone Notching & AGC for Air Traffic Control Applications

Danville Signal Processing, Inc. has been supplying tone suppression (tone notching) systems to the US FAA since 1998. Our first installation was in Anchorage, Alaska. During our first visit to their facility, they reported 4 tone incidences in just one week. This was admittedly a bit unusual.

Since our equipment was installed, there has never been a tone incident at this facility. We have continued to update the technology. We have tone suppression systems in many FAA installations in the US.
